From your own computer, you can have full control with what classes you would like to sign up for.  Just go to Classes and Schedules and it will bring you to our class scheduler.  You will have your own User ID and password and you can sign up for your desired classes.  It is an extremely secure site and you are able to pay online.

FREE PARKING
Core Pilates is conveniently located on Sheridan Road in Highwood across from Fort Sheridan and it has free parking in the back.  Located on the North Shore, we are just minutes away from Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Highland Park and Deerfield.

ATTIRE
We recommend fitted clothing that easily and comfortably moves with you during your session.  You may wear socks, Pilates socks with non-skid bottoms, or bare feet during class.

CANCELLATIONS
We require that you notify us of cancellations 2 hours prior to your class for classes 9:00 am and later.  Morning classes 8:30 am and earlier must be cancelled before 9:00 pm the night before. 24 hours is required for private and semi-private sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file.
